Southern Alleghenies Planning & Development Commission is currently working with the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education to offer online educational opportunities to residents and businesses in the Southern Alleghenies Region. Keystone University Network draws upon the administrative, technological and instructional strengths of the State System and its universities, to deliver affordable, convenient and high-quality online education to meet the needs of individuals and the business community.
